SMS reminders

All Telus and Koodo Mobile clients do not receive SMS reminders at this time.

Note that all reminders are sent from the software, so as soon as the cellular provider resolves the issue, your patients will receive their reminders as usual.

This page will be updated as soon as our SMS provider provides us with more details regarding the issue.
